Hi there, We have a carpet beetle infestation in our attic. I’ve been working with a pest control company to spray up there and it has been getting better but there is an area of the attic over our bedroom they can’t access due to the way the house is built. The beetles are coming out of the recessed lighting in the ceiling. I want to prevent them from coming into our living areas and getting into everything (like they did last summer) — what product do you recommend to treat in/around electrical areas/recessed lighting?
Go with DRIONE DUST. Its highly repellent to insects and they won’t walk or crawl through it. By puffing it into can void, crack, gap or crevice using a HAND DUSTER, you’ll stop them from entering.

As you probably realize, getting the attic dusted completely with Drione would be the best overall solution because you’d eliminate the source. Using a DUSTIN MIZER or ELECTRIC DUSTER would make short work of it. And I know it may be difficult to gain access to the void but in the long run, it would be well worth it.
