Truly appreciate all the information and assistance from the team. my wife and I were going crazy when we started finding small bugs around our sinks and windows. after some research we realized these were springtails and initially when we stumbled upon the bugspray article we were a bit overwhelmed. but the attention to detail and informative videos were instrumental in improving our situation. following the step by step instructions for how to treat each impacted area has resulted in a dramatic reduction in these pests. i really like that each product comes with a QR code on it which links to instructions about how to use the product. the power injector has also been crucial in being able to deliver treatment. the product support team has been incredibly helpful and responsive as well. if there was one small negative, i would say that I was not able to use the green hose end sprayer to reach the top of our house. and I actually lost the small black attachment that deflects the water out. i ended up getting the ortho hose end sprayer and this is able to reach the top of my house. but aside from this, all the products, articles, videos, and support has been excellent. could not recommend this group enough. I already know if I have future pest problems, this will be the place to go.

Hello,
Just used T.O.N. for a stubborn dead termite odor. The area is about 3’x5′. I have gradually increased the strength on 3 different appplications. It is the best odor eliminator I have used, but the reduced smell does not disappear. There is no visible remain of the insect, icluding feces. Is it possible there may be something beyond the wall? The odor comes only from this under the stairs closet. This is a problem persisting for several weeks. Any suggestions? I have been using a fan and air prifier for at least 18 hrs. over several days.

Can you check your spam folder for our response? We answer every question whether you email, text or post and our tech department handled this about a day ago. That said, we do not allow many online post discussions to continue because we need more information to help solve sensitive issues. In the past, we’ve had many customers request to keep their answers private and some even requested that we remove answers and only send responses directly via email or text. Since your email involves a complicated answer that will require more information, it fell into the category of needing to go private and so we sent our response by email.
Now if you cannot find our response, please email order@bugspray.com and we will respond directly. We typically have issues with both Gmail and Yahoo mail filtering our messages to spam folders but your email provider, in general, hasn’t been a problem. That said, we did respond and have a copy of the sent message we can resend once we get an email from you. Our hope is that once you email us, our email will be “white listed” with your provider so that we can communicate via email moving forward.
