Hi there. We have Cuban tree frogs that are getting into our house — DAILY! We live in FL and our house backs up to a preserve. We’ve been here since Dec 2012 and this is the WORST it’s been. Please help!!! Thank you.
This is an easy one. Basically there are two reasons why cuban tree frogs have moved onto your property. The first is that they have found an abundant supply of food and second, they have found shelter. This means you should address each variable which in turn will make them leave and not want to come back – even if they are densely populated and highly prolific on the adjoining property preserve.
So to take away their food supply, you should treat all your landscape vegetation with CYONARA RTS. This concentrated spray is easy to use. Basically the jug hooks to your garden hose and can be used safely on any plant, flower or tree in the yard. It will quickly control the insects cuban tree frogs eat and it will do this within 1-2 days after its applied. Treat every 2 weeks as long as you’re finding frogs on your property and once the frogs are gone, use the Cyonara once a month to insure the frogs stay away.
Second, wait a day after spraying with Cyonara and then apply PEST RID SPRAY to the sides of the home where the frogs are resting and invading the house. You should also spray any vegetation along this same side of the home. Tree frogs will stay off the Pest Rid sprayed surfaces and between the Cyonara taking their food away in the yard and the repellent action of the Pest Rid where they like to roost, your property will eventually be “cuban tree frog free”.
