PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Compared to ordinary sprays that kill quickly and tend to “repel” insects, Alpine uses a “different” approach. First, its fast acting. Like immediate. But it won’t repel or chase insects; they don’t even know they’re about to die once treated.
ALPINE is a superb way to knock out pest “pockets” or nests quickly without chasing them!
Low odor and fast acting, the only limitation with Alpine is that its gone in a day. So unlike most products, it does not leave a residual. This means if pests are active the next day in this same area, you clearly “missed” the nest and need to treat again.
WHERE TO USE: Apply as a spot and/or crack and crevice and/or void treatment where pests harbor, nest, trail, run, and/or breed or hide. Treat voids or surfaces beneath cabinets, furniture, spaces between equipment, expansion joints, surfaces behind sinks, floor drains (to sewers), lockers, and water pipes. Exterior treatments around the listed areas are limited to spot and/or crack and crevice treatments where pests enter around doors, windows, eaves, attic vents and holes in exterior walls where utilities enter.
WHEN TO RETREAT: As explained above, Alpine is fast acting (contact killer) and for this reason, you will see immediate results. But if pests return in a day or two, it means you treat again. This approach is aggressive and designed to allow the user complete results compared to traditional sprays that take days to work based on “residual”. And unlike “over the counter” products, this same approach is unique in that it will not chase insects around which typically happens when using regular fast acting sprays.

Awesome Product! The Alpine spray is absolutely exactly how nesting insects should be handled. It acts like a virus and is spreadable to the nest. A light misting over a line of ants ends the story. You just have to get used to spraying briefly and watching them continue on their way to make the whole group die away.

THIS WORKS! My home shop bay doors are always open (no A/C) and mud daubers love it! They build nests in everything. But, when they get inside my power equipment and cause them not to operate, I am PO’ed!! Buy this spay, watch where they go, spray, and they’re done! No more taking equipment apart to remove the nest(s). You have to be proactive and spray before nest development to keep them out of your equipment. Spray into any openings where nests would impede the operation of your equipment. It goes on ‘dry’ and won’t effect components. The mud daubers were gone in one day! A little goes a long way.

Is this safe for pets? One of the cats keep bringing these beetles in the house to play with.

All of our products have been approved and label for use safely in the home as long as you follow directions. In this case, keeping the pets away when treating should be done but once the treatment dries, they can all come back into treated rooms without any hazard being present.

Is this safe to spray on furniture and underside of furniture.

It is labeled for spot treating carpets and even beds. Spot treating furniture would be acceptable as well.

Sprayed for springtails. I had my pest control company spray for spring tails that I had observed around the door an a window in my sunroom. Within 24 hours they were back. I ordered Alpine sprayed the whole sunroom area perimeter and outside deck area. The next day I observed 1 or 2 then no more. I plan to spray again to keep away. Alpine is great stuff!!!!!
