PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: PEST XEMPT G is a federally exempt product used in conjunction with PEST AWAY SPRAY. Apply them along property borders to keep out unwanted wildlife or insects ALSO use them in specific spots where nuisance pests like to nest or rest.
Use Xempt G to deter snakes, lizards, Bufo toads, deer, ducks, frogs, geese, iguana, racoon, skunks, squirrel and snails.
Will control a range of crawling insect pests like ants, roaches, springtails, clover mites and more.
Will also repel a range of flying pests like thrips, midges, biting flies, mosquitoes and no-see-ums.
Made with all natural ingredients like Eugenol, Thyme and Corn Cob, Xempt G has a strong Wintergreen aroma designed to overload nuisance wildlife who rely on their sense of smell to keep them safe and secure.
WHERE TO USE IT: Along property borders will be best for animals so it works as an invisible fence keeping them out. Drop 1 lb of Xempt G for every 250 linear feet. If you have a spot in the yard nuisance animals like to use for rest or nesting, apply 1/2 lb (1 baggie) per 125 sq/ft (12’x10.5′ square).
Spread around trees, along fence rows, property lines, hedges and flower beds. Directly apply to areas where target pests are known to lay on or roost. It will stop foraging pests like RABBITS from eating your grass and IGUANA from laying around in the yard. We also recommend our SOLAR POWERED PEST CHASERS as a great side by side tool. Using the granules will get rid of them quickly and if you install the repellers, you won’t have to keep using the granules.
Retreat monthly or as needed. If animals persist in any area for more than a week after you treat, treat again and add Pest Away Spray.
Can also be applied around the foundation as a way to control insect pests AND keep out RATS or MICE.

Hi. Our neighbours had a truckload of landscaping arrive a few years ago. A massive swarm of sandflies swarmed our property that day and ever since we have been unable to enjoy tie outdoor amenity of our home. The simplest thing you might try is to treat along your property border with our Xempt Granules. Commonly used to hold off invading crawling pests, it will work on low nesting pests like Sand Flies too.

Both of these options use all natural ingredients extracted from plants so they won’t pose a hazard to your pets or aquatic life. But worth nothing is that if the Sand Flies are nesting in the neighbors yard, you should expect on going issues unless that land gets treated too.
