i’m getting a jug of Maxxthor and a hose end sprayer but the free shipping isn’t working. The sprayer says free but when I added the spray, it shows freight too. Is there something not working?
We actually offer several items with free shipping. These items have no weight associated with them BUT if you add items to your cart that DO NOT have free shipping, you will be charged for the weight/dimensions of the other items. In this case the MAXXTHOR requires a lot of work to prepare. If you watch our SHIPPING VIDEO, you’ll see that we go to great lengths to protect most everything we ship and Maxxthor requires a lot of extra attention. To insure safe travels for this and many other items, we have learned to pack them extra safe and so these costs will be shared with our customers.
On a side note, the sprayer will not affect that cost so effectively, you’re not paying any shipping for it – even if it’s included on the same order alongside the Maxxthor.
