I ordered this stuff from you in the past and it was AWESOME, now I moved to a new house and have to start over! There is a built in spa (surrounded by brick and a planter) in the backyard and I just know it’s infested underneath because ants come crawling out of the edge where the spa meets the brick. Will treating the planter with “baits” work for this or should I try to make the spray seep underneath the edge? I tried spraying around it to no avail, HELP! Thank you!

Just a quick note to tell you how effective the products I’ve purchased have been. Two years ago, I had carpenter ant activity in my house every spring and summer. I tried spraying the foundation with Diazinon: it was useless and smelled awful. So last year I bought Maxforce granules and Suspend from you. I noticed a dramatic improvement right away- far fewer ants. This year I got off to an early start with my baiting and foundation spraying. I saw maybe 2 ants in my house early in the season, and I’ve seen no ants at all for the last 2 months. I’ve also noticed far less ant activity around my yard and patio. I treat the foundation every 3 months, and bait lightly once a month. I’ll probably do the foundation once more in the fall. Your web site’s content and lay out enabled me to order online without calling.  I am a home owner battling carpenter ants and the information on your site was extremely informative.  The videos were the key factor in my purchasing your products.  They let me see the products in use and how to apply them.   Even more important, the safety videos presented necessary information that I may have overlooked. I also liked the hyperlinks to products that were embedded in your text descriptions of ant control.  I read about the control strategy, linked to the product and then watched a video on it.  Very well done.  And, your web site is very basic without Java script running.  Instead, you provide complete, well organized information for someone like me that is relatively uninformed about the subject.  I just want to find an e-tailer that knows what they’re doing and that I can trust.  Then, I just want to figure out what I need to buy, and then buy it.  I have to say that video on Drione dust and carpenter ants really sold me.  After I saw that,  I was convinced that you guys knew what you were doing.   I  prefer to trap and relocate animals and repel insects, whenever possible.  I’m starting off with a perimeter spray and ant gel bait.  I believe that should take care of it. If you are skeptical about the products offered for Carpenter Bees….you can stop…this is the place to get the stuff that works! I treated a pretty severe infestation (well in excess of 200 active holes) with Pyganic Dust. I was expecting results in 7-9 days – wrong – I had immediate results! Those critters were falling out on the ground dying a slow death – YES! I have retreated some of the more active holes and have knocked out well over half the pests in one week! I also got the NBS paint additive for the siding oil – ready to send this pest packing. Thanks bugspray…wish I had found this years ago.

I tried to shoot chipmonks and squirrels with my BB gun and never hit a one!!! When I got my trap from you, it took a while for my first trapped chipmonk, but it works great. Through 2011 I trapped 12 chipmonks and squirrels. I can hardly wait to trap in 2012!

Crickets:

I wanted to let you know how pleased I have been with the cricket control traps I bought from you a few weeks ago. For a few months before I ordered the traps, we had been capturing 2-3 crickets a week in the basement, and sometimes in the living area upstairs. It didn’t seem like such a big deal, unless they started chirping while hiding behind a file cabinet or some other furniture. Both my wife and I have offices in the basement of our house, and the constant chirping in those cases was quite annoying. I figured, that with the cold weather approaching, the problem was likely to get worse before it got better. Since placing a half a dozen of the glue traps around the perimeter of the basement, we have had blessed silence (from the crickets, anyway) and have captured a dozen or so in the traps. We have not seen a single loose cricket since the traps were installed. Thanks for helping us deal with this problem.

Ground Squirrels:

Hello, I found your site while researching problems with ground squirrels. I ordered your rat zapper and loganberry paste. Made my first set this morning and had my first guest within 15 minutes. I actually watched the critter sniff around and then enter the zapper. He could not resist the loganberry paste – just like your site said. Your product worked exactly as advertised. I highly recommend the zapper and loganberry combo to anyone who is having problems with ground squirrels.

I have been having major problems with ground squirrels. I tried live traps and poison with no success. My backyard was loaded with holes and the sguirrels were all over the place. I finally decided to use traps even though I didn’t really want to kill the squirrels but they left me no choice.

I ordered 6 of your bodygrip 55 and used them along with about 3 gonibear 110’s a neighbor lent me. I liked the bodygrips better because they were smaller and the trigger posts were longer and did not allow the squirrels to get past. Finally success!!! In less than 2 weeks I caught 11 squirrels and I haven’s seen any others for several days. I think I got their whole colony at least I hope so. Thought you might like to know. Thanks!

I just wanted to say that when I got the UPS box from you guys on Friday, it was like getting a Christmas present! I immediately cut opened the traps for the pantry and instantly the moths appeared out of nowhere. Not very many of them were stupid enough to actually stick to the trap but a few decided to take that walk on the wild side! The next day I sprayed the cabinets and I haven’t seen a moth since! Roaches:

Have ordered your cypermethrin, maxforce and avert for a roach problem. After 5 years of trying to eliminate problem both with so called professional exterminators and with store bought products none of them worked. EXTERMINATORS CAME OUT FOUR TIMES with absolutely NO decrease in roach population. When they said we may never get rid of them we decided to tell them where to go. Neither of us were very happy, especially me. I was surfing one day and found your website. The thing that impressed me the most was the amount of information you have available. So I decided what the hell, after five years of having someone try to fix this problem I thought you gave me enough info to try myself. Ordered your products, bought a sprayer, read your information 4 more times and went for it. Following directions on how and where to spray and bait.1st application results were more dead roaches in one day than I have seen in four (professional?) Applications. Sized from adult to tiny.2nd application 30 days later some medium and small sizes all expired. Saw 1 couple of days later walking slowly across floor. He got about 2 feet and died. DID NOT see another the rest of the month, as a matter of fact have NOT seen another roach period. After 2 applications of your product our problem is infestation. This product is totally unbelievable am seriously looking into setting up my own business in this area and would specialize in roach control only. Although I still have more info to gather I think this is the way to go and am trying to get all start up and requirements set up THANKS for solving my roach problem so quickly and hope to do (a lot) of business with you soon.P.S. You don’t know how good it feels to NOT have your wife B——- at you about something you cant fix (5yrs. worth) but we fixed it and she said to send you a big kiss from her XXX I already got my reward. Hi my name is Vince. I have been having a Springtail problem in and around my home for months. I had a local exterminator spray everything. He used Tempo SC, I paid him $250.00 for a one time visit, the bugs loved the chemicals  and he never returned my phone calls for a revisit. After trying numerous Home Depot and Lowes pesticides without success I happened upon your youtube video about Springtails. I ordered the whole works from your website. I received my order in record time, I followed the instructions in the video and after just 2 days I stopped seeing the bugs in my home. It’s a shame that the only thing that the exterminating industry in Pennsylvania wants to do is to lock you into a contract with a guarantee. The only problem is the guarantee only guarantees that they will come back and spray again using the same stuff that didn’t work the first time. They don’t want to take the time like Mike did in your video and do a multiple insecticide and dust treatment. They want to be in and out in 20 minutes.

I sprayed the screened in porch with PT Phantom on Tuesday evening – opened the windows and covered up.
Stink Bugs were ok with that until I started spraying in the sky light -then they started flying around – yikes !

Anyway came home yesterday and there were 22 dead bugs on the rug!   This stuff really works.  We will be able to use the porch again.

Greetings from Northeast Ohio! Even though I grew up in this beautiful, rural area, I never have had much experience with the tick problem. However, we just built a home last year in a very secluded, wooded setting. We have a yard of about one acre, but the surrounding area is pasture and woods. I have taken almost 10 ticks off my dog )(labs) this season. Yesterday, I took three engorged females off one of them. Obviously, I need to do something. I am well under way in removing the surrounding brush and vines, but did not know what else to do to treat my property or dogs. I wanted to let you know that I searched the Internet, and your information is by far the best I encountered. I printed out as much of it, including information on various products. Woodpeckers:

I’ve had a woodpecker problem for a number of years, and I’ve tried several methods to keep them away. The damage is becoming more extensive to where I can actually see into my attic from the soffit area in a few spots when I’m on a ladder. I’d had enough of the woodpecker waking me up with his drumming, and I knew it was just a matter of time before other birds would decide to nest in the attic because of the holes created by the woodpecker.

I was doing some research on YouTube when I came across a video for the Attack Spider. It seemed like a great idea, but I was skeptical; I figured that it might be yet another gimmick. I was worried that the spiders would be constantly activated by any amount of noise, or the opposite would happen, where the woodpecker’s drumming wouldn’t be enough to activate them.

I took the leap and ordered a few of the spiders, and I immediately installed them when they arrived. I elected to use ceiling hooks to hang them, and it only took a few minutes to put them up. I spaced three spiders out about 10 ft. apart along a 35-ft span on the back of my house, and I have not heard or seen a woodpecker in a couple days. I’ll give them a few more days to work then I’ll commence with repairs if the spiders continue to keep the woodpecker away. Hopefully, I’ll FINALLY get my house back!

Yellowjackets:

Just wanted to let you know your yellow jacket bait has allowed me to go outside during the summer. They were getting so bad they were trying to attack me through my rolled up car windows! Now the whole neighborhood begs me for some of the yellow jacket “stuff” I’ve been ordering from you for years.
