PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Orthene PCO is one of only two organophosphates that remain for the PMP industry. This is important because of resistance problems with synthetic pyrethroids and the need to rotate chemicals. Acephate has never been shown to have resistance. Many people will agree that Orthene PCO will control roaches when nothing else will. Orthene PCO provides quick knockdown and residual that will last 8-12 weeks. There are a few things that make Orthene PCO unique for commercial use. Orthene PCO controls insects by contact and ingestion. This is the reason an insect cannot develop resistance to acephate. It is a soluble pellet (powder). Orthene PCO leaves no visible residue, will not tie-up with grease and dirt and remains on top of grease and dirt and therefore always present when insects crawl over the surface. Orthene PCO is totally non-repellent. Insects do not know it is there. This means it can be used with baiting programs to get rapid control of infestations.
WHERE TO USE IT: Apply as a coarse, low pressure spot spray, crack and crevice spray or with a paint brush to localized areas where these pests are found or normally occur including corners of rooms and closets;around television sets and radios; along and behind baseboards; around and under sinks, dishwashers, washing machines, refrigerators, stoves and cabinets; areas where plumbing enters or leaves the room; or other areas inhabited by these pests.
NOTE: A period of 3 to 7 days may be necessary for Orthene PCO Pellets to reach its maximum effect on cockroaches.

this is by far the best insecticide to use for roaches. i have tried every available product you can buy at hardware store, none is very effective. this product is what you need to get rid of roaches. you need several applications because they are very hard to get rid of, but for me i will be buying this product again. highly recommend this to anyone who has a roach problem. it works period.

I spent over $700 and 7 months with Orkin trying to get what started out as a minor roach problem eradicated. By the time the 7 months were up we had a complete roach infestation. We called, we called again, we begged, we screamed, and they kept doing the same old thing over and over and each month the number of roaches increased. It became so bad we were starting to be bitten at night by them. Don’t get the wrong idea, we have a clean house. We have always been somewhat anal about keeping a clean house. However, we let a person move in with us and apparently she had them in her belongings because that’s when the problem started.
After our first application of Orthene we could see a difference. We were cleaning up dead bugs everywhere and for the first time we were able to go to bed and not have them “attack” us during the night. We were so pleased, in fact, that we ordered more so we can keep up the treatments. One entire box is less than one visit from Orkin. I know next time I see some desperate soul who is fighting a Germain cockroach problem I will be making a suggestion for them to give this a try.

As I said, I used this with the gel bait and it is great stuff. My friends all want me to spray their places . Kills all kinds of bugs, easy to mix and easy to use . If you can read, you can use this and you won’t be wasting any more money at the store.

Best ever! I let a person move into my home. She brought several boxes with her that was in her storage. 4 months later my home was overwhelmed with cockroaches’. It was bad. I actually poured boric acid powder all over the kitchen floor and countertop in an attempt to control them. Nothing worked. I found Orthene and purchased it. When I got it my girlfriend was ready to move out. I sprayed it inside the house and out. Next day I saw only one roach in the house which is by far better and its been 3 months later and no bugs have bothered me. I am very grateful to have found this product and I tell everyone.

I have not used this shipment yet but used a previous shipment about 3 years ago and that is still working. If I see any kind of bug it is dead or half dead. I paired this product with Advion Roach Gel and was roach free within 2 weeks. The great part about pairing these two products is that you do not have to empty cabinets, just spray and apply the gel and any kind of bug except ants are gone. I will use this shipment around the outside to stop invasion from neighbors now that it is getting cold. I tried everything else prior to finding these products. and these are the BEST!
