WHERE TO INSTALL BAT HOUSES

For best results, try to locate your bat house on the side of a structure or atop a tall pole at least 10 feet high. Bats do best when the air around the bat house is open and accessible so they can make easy landings.

Position the house to face south or southwest so it can receive good sunlight.
