Have gone through THREE bottles of Terro this year in two spots in my home. Ants just keep coming and inhaling this stuff. Ants are under the foundation and come in through foundation cracks not visible under walls and cabinets. No ants around foundation but there are a few ant hills in yard. The Terro keeps them busy and off counters, but where do I go from here? Thanks for your site, very informative.
If you read our ANT CONTROL article, you’ll learn that you should not rely on bait alone when treating for ants. Additionally, common retail products like Terro won’t work nearly as well as the professional baits we have listed. So to get rid of these ants for good, you’ll need to follow our advise and get with the three prong approach which includes spraying.

It’s also important to spray the foundation with PHANTOM. Even though you may not see ants active, they come from the outside and failure to put up a protective barrier will lead to the exact type of problem you have.
